Health Benefits of Green Tea
Wake up, Good Morning, Tea is ready for you. Its green tea which will not only keep you away from laziness but also gives healthiest day start up.Green Tea is powerful antioxidant and fat burner. Enriched with ingredients, it’s medically proved soft drink for any age.
I am writing this note
on health benefits of Green Tea:
1) Weight Loss with green Tea: If you take Green
Tea on regular basis, it boosts metabolism and hence burns fat which cause loss
in weight and keeps body in shape.
2) Brain Stimulator: Green Tea contains caffeine
and theanine type of amino acid that stimulates neurons. It improves brain
response time, memory and activeness. Amount of caffeine is less than Coffee
and other energy drinks, but it is sufficient to keep brain healthy.
3) Disease Fighter: As we know that free radicals
are responsible for cancer and many other diseases. Green tea is a powerful
antioxidant which slows down creation of free radicals and hence increases
human life. Green tea lowers blood pressure so chances of heart attack and
strokes are eliminated; these diseases are caused due to high blood pressure.
Green Tea is also good for diabetes patient. It helps in reducing Cholesterol
significantly.
4) Natural Antivirus: Green works as a protective
layer for body and kills bacteria. It reduces chances of infection and
bacterial diseases.
5) Anti-Aging and Relaxing: Regular consumption of
green tea stops formation of dead cells on skin during oxidation process and
hence stops wrinkles. It relieves from stress and tiredness of brain.
These are highlighted
but not all benefits of #Green #tea. It’s good for people of all age. Adding #milk
will reduce its effectiveness so prefer not to add sugar and milk.
